My work is centered around energy.

I believe each of us has a unique energetic blueprint — a combination of our experiences, strengths, sensitivities, and the things that make us who we are. A big part of what I do is helping people explore that blueprint and reconnect with themselves in a deeper way.

Through astrology, Reiki, and writing practices, I help people explore those parts of themselves and better understand who they are, what they need, and where they’re being called to grow.
